RETURN POLICY

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

·         Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

·         Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging unopened / not tried/tested.

·         Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Return by Post – You will need to pay the postage

Please Email – orders@eloisebeautyaesthetics.com with your return enquiry stating:

·         Your order number

·         The product purchased

·         Your reason for wanting to return the item

Once we have received your email we will be in contact with further instructions.

 
Prepare your package

Make sure you include the returns note supplied and ensure you get proof of posting sending it via recorded delivery then sending a picture of the receipt and tracking number.

Return to any Post Office

You will need to pay for postage costs.

Keep an eye out for your refund

You will receive confirmation via email of your return and if your return has been accepted. Then refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
